HOST

Reporting to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, the Host greets and seats customers, receives payment and assists service personnel as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Service Assistant

Reporting to the General and Restaurant Manager, the Service Assistant maintains entire cleanliness and sanitation of interior and exterior of restaurant. Busses tables and washes dishes.

General Manager

Reporting to the Multi-unit Manager (MUM), the General Manager will be responsible for overall restaurant operations execution and management of staff, controllable profit plan achievement, guest count growth, and sales building activities.

Restaurant Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, Restaurant Managers are responsible for the supervision of approximately 15 - 20 crew members, proper execution of the restaurant operations on their assigned shift, providing guests with a great dining experience and upholding service and quality standards.

Cook

Reporting to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, the Cook prepares and presents food to order following company menu and food specifications and timing standards. Adheres to all federal, state and local safe food handling regulations.

Server

Reporting to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, the Server greets, seats and services guests in a friendly and courteous manner, takes and delivers orders, suggestively sells, receives payment and assists other service personnel as needed to provide total guest satisfaction. Responds to and addresses guests concerns in a timely and courteous manner

Hourly Supervisor

Reporting to the General and Restaurant Manager, Along with 1 – 2 other peers and/or Restaurant Managers, Hourly Supervisors will support the General Manager who has total accountability for the success of the restaurant. Hourly Supervisors will be required to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays as the schedules are rotated.
